Satellite Media is delighted to announce that it has won a further award for its coverage of the Vodafone Music Awards broadcast on C4.

Following on from the success at the 2009 Qantas Film and Television Awards for coverage of Vodafone Music Awards, The TV Guide announced this week Satellite Media have won 'Best Special Event' in the TV Guide Best On The Box People's Choice Awards, for the 2009 Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards.

Host of the show Dai Henwood said "it's great that a show has won that celebrates the talent of New Zealand Music, the music awards has got bigger and bigger...I'm glad they let such a small man perform in such a big venue"

Directed by Mitchell Hawkes and produced by Arwen O'Connor, the annual broadcast of the Vodafone Music Awards is a television and musical highlight of the year.
