We're looking for a driven, smart Assistant Digital Producer who can help our team deliver digital projects covering a wide variety of technology solutions such as websites, web applications, mobile apps, event technology and digital activations.

About Satellite

Satellite is a digital production agency based in Freemans Bay, Auckland. Our company of 30 staff is made up of design, software development, project management, content and event/activations staff. We are focused on innovation and the power of connecting to the consumer with the right message at the right time, in the right location.

About you

The right person will be highly motivated and be able to work autonomously in a smart manner, demonstrating a willingness to learn the digital production process. They’ll love to be well organised, able to prioritise and be proactive about working through their tasks. They will have an eye for accuracy and detail.
 

Great Communication

We work as a team at Satellite. To do this effectively, we need to talk to each other. We ask questions, provide progress updates, give instructions, receive training, problem solve together, run workshops and attend client meetings. We do all things well because we communicate well, so we’re looking for someone who can also communicate clearly and effectively.
 

Keen to help

You’ll be learning a lot on the job, so while you wont know how to do everything yet, you’ll be keen to get involved and always looking for ways to help the team. Helping your work mates deliver a project will be really satisfying for you. Your contribution will be very much appreciated and you’ll learn new things everyday by helping out.
 

Skills you bring

The kinds of tasks you’ll be able to get involved in will be hands-on and varied, and will suit someone with an interest in software, website or event project management. You’ll be required to:

• Become proficient in operating the digital solutions we build (training provided)
• Manage data, so be comfortable using Excel
• Test software, troubleshoot issues
• Provide reporting
• Assist in event pack-in / pack-outs
